We tried signing up for classes at the Redmond location. There are vague options about scheduling on the website (morning, afternoon, evening). When we got a call back, they mentioned they have 3 appointments available next week, followed by a few more appointments (out of the 10 in the package) one and a half months away! They were also very inflexible with scheduling hours. That kind of schedule was unacceptable for our timeframe; when we asked for a cancellation, they mentioned we will be charged $45 (!?). Buyer beware...
