At first claimed he couldn't do anything because the model and serial number was unreadable. Then proceeded to claim we needed several hundred dollars worth of parts. Then "fixed" the latch, but only worked for one cycle. I went on-line, figured out our Bosch model, ordered one part for $30, self installed and the dishwasher works like a champ.
Do not call Nebraska Appliance - what a rip-off by incompetent dishonest service technition.

You should know that we do guarantee every repair we make for a minimum of 90 days, and a simple phone call to our office would have resulted in an expedient return to your home at no charge to make any remedial repairs necessary or evaluate other options.
