Called Roto Rooter for a clogged drain line, their customer service was amazing, they answered the questions I had right away. I had an appointment scheduled for between 1pm and 3pm, around 1250 got a call from customer service saying that their service technician was on his way. When Keith showed up he was extremely courteous and professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem explained what he had to do to fix it, and then quickly got to work fixing the problem.
