Can American Motors told me one thing and didn't follow through. They did not get my customer satisfaction. He portrayed something different from what he said he was going to deliver. They disappointed me. I brought in my car and he said he was going to get me a rental by Saturday so I can move around. I called on Saturday and the business was closed. So I called back Monday and I don't get him; I get his sister. She's the secretary. They give me the run around. I had told him that I don't have a credit card, but I can pay for it in cash. I have the money. I still don't get a rental and I didn't get my vehicle back. I figured since he didn't say anything that he doesn't want anymore down payment from me. I figure he's going to go ahead and get the parts and fix the vehicle. But when I talk to him again and tell him I need my vehicle, it turns out he hasn't done nothing to the vehicle. He said he didn't do anything because he needed the down payment. But why didn't he tell me that? He mentioned he was going to get me the vehicle, so I asked how much it is. He quoted the price and I gave him half the money and left. He promised that I would get the vehicle today. So I'm waiting to hear from him. I let him know that I didn't have a ride to get there--I'm stranded. He has lost a customer. The bottom line is that I'm a good customer. I deal with cash at all times. I'm not going back to him. He's hurt my feelings now. He's a poor business man. He should have talked to me. He turned his sister on me when he should have talked to me like a man. I have the money and I'm willing to pay. I don't know what his problem is. more
