I am a regular customer of VA. tire, Cascades. Recent 10 a.m. appt. for new tires and alignment. Vehicle not ready until approximately 2 p.m....excessively long wait. However, this is a rare exception due to a problem with another vehicle in the shop. Representative apologized and utilized a $25.00 coupon to reduce the cost of my service.
