Blackman's Garage reflects the qualities of American small business that makes this country great. They are friendly and treat everyone equally. We were not bumped from our appointment because someone "more important" arrived. This American value to treat everyone with respect should be applauded loudly. The mechanics are smart, professional, honest and kind. Their prices are extremely fair.
We took in our hybrid for a cooling issue. The mechanic didn't flinch at the hybrid. He diagnosed the problem, provided repair options and a fair estimate. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I wish our dealership showed the same talent and values that Blackman's garage does.
