Store owner was unfriendly and downright rude. I wrote him to inquire if it was possible to get a light blue background passport picture taken at his store. He assured me it was possible. When I got to the store, he greeted me with either a smile or a hello. I had sent him the specifications via email for my passport pictures prior to turning up. When I got there, I also brought some samples with me. He lectured me for not printing out the specs online. Then he brought out an un ironed crumpled up cobalt blue cloth to use as a backdrop. He had no studio, only a chair in the front of the store with a cardboard piece on the wall. I then told Brad that it was the wrong color and that I needed a light blue background. He then argued with me that he has had no problems in the past. He then told me to buy my own piece of cloth and bring it in. I left and went to ProEx where I was treated with respect and spend $20 less than I would have at Fast Foto. Stay away.\r
