The Tech (Bill Hagen) that came out to my home completed a very thorough system check and maintenance. Bill was polite, courteous, outgoing, and has the greatest customer services skills that I have not seen in a very long time. He took his time to explain everything to me and how to read his instruments and what all the numbers and readings meant. Jon Wayne Air Conditioning should be proud to have such a great employee and veteran to work for them. I will always ask for Bill for now on unless the wait time to too long.
