Austin Plumbing Company has served us for fifty years, starting with Tom's dad. We're about to do a big project with them: they're going to completely redo our well system. In general, I've had a long and very happy relationship with them. My stepmother was living here before us and she would call them from time to time and I don't believe there were any issues. Usually what they would do is just come over and repair a faucet.
