Ordered delivery. After an hour I got a call that the delivery driver lost his phone, so I should just wait outside. I waited outside for 20 minutes - nothing. I called Shanghai and they didn't know what to do because they couldn't call the driver. They suggested I wait outside longer, instead I cancelled my order. Shanghai might be open late but their food isn't that great.
