I recently had them install a heating and cooling system in my house. Even on 85° day it won't get below 74 in the house. They keep giving me the runaround saying that with the temperature differences that's what it will be in my house. I had another company come out on my dime and they measured up the house to see if it was the right size cooling unit. As I suspected they said the unit was too small and the only way to correct it would be to replace the outside unit in a box that attaches to the AC under the furnace. It's at the point now where they will not return my phone calls or even help me to correct this issue in anyway. I actually spoke to an attorney but be very leery of the fine print on the back of your contracts. Legally there's nothing I can do for their incompetence and installing too small of a cooling system on my home. So if this review reaches one person that's good enough for me because I don't want anyone else to be stuck in a corner like this and invest thousands of dollars for something that doesn't work.
