I've had nothing but problems: \r
1. I ordered 1000 rds of 9mm on 8/4/13, was assured it was in stock and shipping 8/5/13 , they even issued a FedEx tracking number, by the following Wednesday 8/7/13 not only not shipped but the girl on phone said they had only gotten 10 pallets of 27\r

That means they are taking orders for ammo they don't even have in warehouse, likely because they use the funds to secure their purchases then wait for their shipment... Here they probably only had enough resources to pay for 10 pallets.... Shoddy at best,, unscrupulous at worst\r

2. After the above I asked to just exchange for a different product, they couldn't just cancel my original and charge me the difference, they charged me again for the new product order and cancelled the original with the promise of a refund within 24 hours, actually took 72, again, shoddy and suspect business practice.\r

3. The second order placed on Wednesday 8/7/13 was promised by phone, on two separate calls to be shipped Thursday morning 8/8/13.. As of Friday morning 8/9/13 no order shipped yet despite a ""shipping label and tracking number "" generated 8/7/13. A phone call generate the same lax comments and lack of concern with a promise it would show up with FedEx by day's end and certainly by Saturday ... Here it is 8/11/13 and still no FedEx acknowledgment or pickup.... Unusual for FedEx ...\r

4. When I go to my profile on the website there is no record of my purchase ( except for the charge on my card statement) and on the product review page my rating comment of 3 stars indicating shipping problems is gone, removed , in fact no ratings under 4 stars exist... Really highly suspect for any business,,, \r

I am still waiting to see if I receive my order or not , I have a low threshold to cancel at this point and doubt I will ever do business with them again... Very por customer support form these guys.. \r
