I received help from Joey W for my dead car battery a couple of weeks ago at my home in Marblehead. I’m happy to give feedback where it’s due.\r
He arrived within a half hour. That made me happy of course, but what was even better was the service I received from him. Not only did Joey give me a speedy charge, but he explained what was going on and what to do (keep it running for 45 minutes, check for a bunch of things following my drive, etc). He educated me on car batteries and why this may have happened. And to top it off he explained things in a way that I totally understood everything.\r
He was really awesome. I wish that all car people, contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc etc, were as wonderful at explaining things as Joey. It would make life easier. \r
