Rustic Spoon atmosphere was inviting and warming. I went last week with my boyfriend; he had the pho filet mignon and I had Egg Plant with Tofu and brown rice. He absolutely loved the pho finished it within 15-20 minutes and kept saying how delicious it was. The egg plant was so good, the plate display was an artwork and the brown rice was purple rice. We believe they mixed beets with it to give it the color. Water is served in a vase, and its so refreshing as it's mixed with cucumbers, strawberries, and lemons. It was a wonderful experience and they will definitely see us again!
