Horrible. Pet was left to be groomed . Dog cut uneven, head totally uncut. Kept my fog 9 hours and did the most terrible cut that he has ever had. I take him for a walk and people ask me, what the hell happened to that poor dog. On a limited income, can't afford to get him reclipped til next month. I will never take him back there again. What a rip off.
