I own a dual unit HVAC system supplied and installed by DGC Inc. in May 2012. This month (August 2013) I noticed that the upstairs unit was not cooling well. DGC Inc. technician determines that the system is 1 lb. low on refrigerant and states that he believes that they didn't get it properly filled at the time of installation. Owner Dave Griffin refuses to warranty the refrigerant and service on a $7500 system that his company installed 15 months ago. Additional cost today was $315. Technician was messy and unprepared. He responded to a poor cooling air conditioning complaint without any refrigerant or leak detection dye. Unfair and unprofessional. Beware!
