I maintained my 2002 Honda Accord EX from when I bought it at 37,000 miles (from Toyota of SF) in 2005 until I sold it at 120,000 miles (privately) in 2012 at SF Honda. Everything: oil changes, tires, water pump, timing belt and even a transmission replacement at 60,000 miles were done by SF Honda. Because I was a loyal customer, SF Honda, courtesy of Honda of North America replaced my transmission for FREE!!!! (Approximately a $5,000 job!). \r

I have also maintained my 2010 Honda CR-V EX-L from when I bought in 2012 at Honda of Serramonte to present at SF Honda because I think SF Honda gives excellent service. Just recently, Bobby Santos and technician Marvin went out of their way to try and save me money. I had a bent axle. Bobby and Marvin diagnosed that one side was bent and even tried to use aftermarket parts. The aftermarket parts didn't work and then ultimately it turned out both right and left front axles were bent. Bottom line: I needed both front axles replaced and 4 new tires. SF Honda replaced the right axle for free including labor. I simply paid for the 4 new tires and the left front axle. TWICE, Marvin went out and road tested the car with me in it to fully diagnose the problem. SF Honda service rocks!!!!
