Their site says they take walk-ins between 10-2. I called yesterday to find out how busy they were. Was told not busy at the moment. I said I would make it there at 1:00. I wasnt able to make it in. I show up today at 12:15 and was told the vet clinic closed at 12. I said thats not what your site shows. Woman said a vet had to go to the hospital. But i could come in the next day. It will be open 9-12. Those are the new hours. A waste of time. The only good thing was the animal hospital they referred which was 10 mins away. Had to wait an hour but it was a better place. Better attitude i should say.
