Gene is funny, down to earth and very artistic. He has done all but two of my Tatt's and that was just because I was in the Navy at the time and was out of town. His art, shading and color are beautiful and he's not a rip off. He's not snooty like some artists who will stick their noses up at you for some pieces or your ideas. No matter how large or small, He's up for it and you won't be disappointed!
