Simply terrible. Avoid at all costs! Bigots and scambags. Collected all the necessary papers and filed as a principal, but they refused to process my application, and I truly believe it was because I mentioned that I will be living with my partner. The the tone of the voice (person's name is Jennifer, leasing department) has changed immediately, I could clearly detect disgust. She requested that my partner also submit papers, even though I stated again and again that I am applying as a principal, and my partner is currently out of country and cannot submit the papers, but we will be willing to do so later when adding him to the lease. It also seems to be that the main purpose of this ""honey trap"" apartment,to collect as many application fees as possible while keeping the apartment empty. No wonder that apartment has been on the market for months. \r

Do not waste your time, energy and money applying for any properties by this company. You will end up losing money and dealing bigoted scambags like Jennifer Contincelli and her supervisor Allison in the leasing department.
