Always friendly, always clean and always low prices. What more do you need in a great gym? The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help and the equipment is kept updated and in good condition. I always get a great workout when I go in and feel great (or really tired but in a good way!) when I leave. This is the perfect gym!
