Our tech Abel was fantastic! He was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. He did not try to pressure me into buying anything, but did suggest things that needed to be done to my ac unit, at my convenience. Now my ac is running great! Everyone I talked to at Jon Wayne were very nice and very helpful. I also like the way the website is designed, and the fact that it tells you exactly how much the service call will be. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
