The woman who owns this store is the same who owns the UPS Store on Winchester in San Jose, CA. The owner of this store has so little integrity I would advise to never use her services! I bought packaging from her and returned two phones to a previous cell phone carrier, the phone never arrived. After MUCH leg work on my end she finally admitted that her employee never checked the phones into the UPS system! She gave me a sworn notarized statement saying the missing package went missing at her store and was the fault of her employee. However, she refused to pay for the phones!!! Now I am stuck with a $986 bill from my cell phone provider despite having a sworn statement from her admitting fault. I guess she will admit fault but refuses to take responsibility!!!
