My dog is rested and very clean when I pick him up and at any given time - they know what he has been up to during the day. I am MAJORLY paranoid of anyone taken care of Max and IF, I felt at ANY time that Max was NOT taken care of or loved...we would move on. They certainly know their dogs...the staff are NOT that young...they are basically in their twenties and upwards. They know my dog and he is always happy to see them and he does not look back once I drop him off for his 3 days a week play time. I have come by during the day - and looked in the fence to see Max...and I do this probably each day Max is in attendance (again 3 full days a week) without letting them know...and Max always appears to be absolutely fine!!\r
