""Wanted to let everyone know how caring the staff is at this hospital. Last Saturday we lost our beloved ChiChi after 18 wonderful years, and being that it was late Saturday afternoon, and her Vet was already gone for the weekend. I called the ER and the staff member that answered was so gentle and kind in explaining what needed to be done (as I had no idea) and when my son in law arrived with out baby, they were so caring with our grief. We had Chichi cremated with Pet Angel thru the ER and we felt so blessed in the way everything was handled for her with their professionalism and compassion.
