Mr Ben T arrived on time, was very nice and personable. I gave him the long history of our 2 yr old AC unit and he went right to work with the preventive maintenance.\r
Mr Ben T was very thorough. It took him a little over an hour to complete the PM. Once he was done, he presented the results of the PM which had several measurements that were with normal parameters.
