Horrible place. Had to put my dog down because he has attacked & bit three kids. They told me twice they could do this. After tears from my kids I left with him. On the way there they said they were booked. I was told an hour before that they re walk in but busy. I was told I could wait and would be seen. I told them of this conversation, gave them the persons name I talked to. I was told I misunderstood the conversation. The girl then said I probably didn't have ""my papers"". She insisted I had to have papers proving my dog was a threat or they would not put him down. None of this was mentioned before. I told her to just say they didn't know what they were doing instead of making up lies to get out of seeing me. I had to return home with my dog to my kids and explain why they have to go through the whole process again. I have found a good vet who has promised me they can help me on the next business day. Do not go to this vet. Inconsiderate, rude and no compassion.
