I love Celebrity Delly...delivery was quick and food was good...however, both my special requests were completely ignored (didn't need napkins and plastic flatware; got both--wanted rugalah added to the order; it wasn't--and when I asked about it, the delivery guy said he knew nothing about the order; he was just bringing it. Neither was a big deal--just prevented the experience from being a "10"...
