We had a customer whose flash drive was damaged by an employee who shoved it too hard into the photo kiosk. There was nothing the store could do about it but it was important to us to take care of it because there were almost a thousand photos on it for the customer's project. We called Flashfixers who could not recover it but could provide another service that our store did not provide. Instead of asking for cash upfront from us, they did an invoice which we really appreciated.
