I was very thankful there was a new service manager. Our 2011 ford fusion, which was bought brand new, had shifting problems. We took it in several times to have it fixed but were told that the hard shifting was the way the car was made. The new manager told us that is not the case and fixed the shifting problem. SO thankful for someone who knows what he is doing!!!! After 2 1/2 years of having my head thrown back when the car shifted I am now happy to have a smooth ride.
