That goes a long way with customers, considering you are who we first encounter when we call and/or walk into your business. As for the actual work on my car, I've never been disappointed one time in all the years you folks have been servicing my Volvo. You've proven to me you do honest work by letting me know, "Hey, you can wait on this" or "It isn't necessary to pay to have that fixed." I will seriously consider buying another Volvo just so I don't have to find another mechanic. But truth be told, I'm hoping to get another 200K mi on my car!
