Car there 2 weeks, returned with problem (noise) that they should have heard on any of the 3 road tests done. Can understand problems do occur, but it would have been nice if we had gotten an "I'm sorry" that you had to make another trip to our place." Would have made it an exceptional experience despite the problem.
