I went in for my first scheduled service and expected the normal (lazy, slow and unfriendly) dealership service and what I received was totally unexpected. I was met immediately, they brought my service advisor to me and did everything they promised along with washing my car. Not the usual dealership experience I was used to and I'm still scratching my head at how they pulled it off. I left with a great feeling.
