I would like to respond on to Amanda D. I can only schedule so many oil changes in one day. I do honor all scheduled appointment some of the customers we are referring to did not state that the had an appointment when they first came in. The coupon specifically says call to schedule and appointment. Due to the success of the Groupon sales we have been very busy. Also I never told you we were closing early. What I said was that if you wanted to bring in your car on Friday it would have to be earlier then 5:30 to allow enough time to complete your oil change. I do have record on how long you were sitting there and I assure you it was not 2 hours for an oil change. I am sorry if we did not meet your expectations. If you would like to trade in your coupon for through living social there is a phone number on the back that you can call and they should be happy to help you. sorry for your negative experience. \r
