Farrell Smyth is Horrible Farrell Smyth hassles students non-stop and treats us as sub-citizens. I had a horrible experience with them this past year. They will find any reason to charge you extra money and their head guy Tony is a major douche. They are really hard to get a hold of if you have a problem as they are only open until 5PM (2PM on Fridays!) and take an hour lunch break. I previously rented from private landlords and San Luis Obispo Realty and Property Management and had much better experiences. Seriously stay away from Farrell Smyth. I know I will.. You can smell the fishy reviews below too, I think they are faking their stories to hype they are all this and this is certainty not the truth.
