AWFUL! If you expect good customer service and want feel like a valued customer DO NOT go to Wax Werks! Long story short. I called to make an appointment to have my window re-tinted under warranty. The manager argued with me over the phone that I wasn't in their system. I continued explaining that I have had two cars done and was just there for another window that was peeling for warranty work. He was so rude and continued to argue. He finally found my name because he was spelling it incorrectly. NO apology. Once I showed up they said they were backed up over an hour. I would have expected any professional business to maybe call the customer ahead of time so I could maybe make arrangement or reschedule. I didn't even get an apology. I rescheduled and even called an hour before my appointment to make sure they were on schedule. Manager claimed they were. I showed up 10 minutes early and they didn't take my car until 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was only
