I had a glass doctor rep come out to give me an estimate on a large window at my home that was broken. They quoted me $618 and I gave them my cc for a $300 deposit. I ended up getting a much lower quote (of $270) and called the estimator back within 2 hours of his visit. I told him I'd like to cancel the order and he said, ""No problem, I'm not even back to the shop yet so I just won't even turn it in."" They charged my cc $300 and are refusing to give me a refund even though I did not receive products or services from this company. The general manager was also extremely rude and unprofessional.
