I am so pleased not only with Arnold's handiwork, but also in his manner of professionally yet simply explaining things to me in a way that I can fully understand, yet not feel talked down to. He patiently answered all of my questions, and even showed me how to remove a sink stopper that I was having difficulty with. We have been customers of Austin plumbing for many years, and continue to be very pleased with the service, quality and timeliness. We also had a fantastic experience with Polar Express when our furnace decided to quit on us on one of the coldest days of the winter!
