I stopped in today on my half hour lunch break, and I'll admit, there was a decent line but I figured whatever I can wait it out. Twenty minutes later, a gentleman standing behind me, and about three people still ahead of me, and they made his sandwich and called it for him before the people ahead of me! I don't care that he's apparently a regular who was on his lunch break, I was on mine too but I apparently lost out by not being a regular, and I definitely won't become one after today. Not impressed.
