JOHNSON RV IN SANDY We Purchased a New Jayco RV from Johnson RV in October 2012 & it has not been useable-July 2013. DON’T BUY or HAVE YOUR RV MOTORHOME SERVICED AT JOHNSON RV IN SANDY OREGON. They CHEAT and LIE to customers. We purchased a New 2013 Jayco Melbourne 29D in October 2012 from Johnson RV Sandy Oregon. Johnson RV installed new lift jacks as part of new sale. Extra $4100.00 for the Lifting Jacks. They installed the wrong Lifting Jacks; they also were installed in the wrong place and welded them without isolating the electrical system. MAJOR DAMAGE…They were then uninstalled and reinstalled in a different place…wrong again…causing more MAJOR damage to the New RV Motorhome. They tried to fix the RV 2 more times and failed. The new RV as never worked…9 months and counting. Johnson RV in Sandy Oregon will not refund our money or give us a new RV that is undamaged. All Jayco and Ford warranties have been voided because of their faulty installations of the lifting jacks. We have had no use and the RV is un-drive-able. 9 months and no use???. Do not purchase a RV Motorhome, Travel Trailer or have service done at Johnson RV in Sandy Oregon or their Colorado sites.
