We originally had a bit of a concern with Superior Moving having a B+ rating and not an A+ with the BBB. Out of all the moving companies we interviewed Superior Moving was by far the most professional and impressed us at the estimate. When questioned about the B+ and not an A+ they really educated us. I was shocked to find out that a brand new company that has only been in business a short time receives an A rating with the BBB and then as they get complaints the rating goes down. When they pointed out the actual statement right on the BBB that said BBB takes into consideration only complaints and not the size or volume of the company, and in addition keeps the complaints on file for 3 years, again I was puzzled. I did my own research after the facts presented to me. Superior Moving is no doubt a large company, they have a lot of trucks. I visited the facility in the morning and there were trucks zipping out of the parking lot like bee's looking for honey.. There were lots of trucks, and it was run like a military operation. Being a Vietnam Vet myself, I saw organization and structure... So after doing my research I figured that if this company could do this many moves, have that many employees and only have a handful of complaints they must be really really good. We felt confident after doing our research and we hired Superior Moving. They did a fantastic job, they were on time, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I don't care what the BBB say's they are an A++++ company. They definitely earned our respect and will get any referrals we have with friends and family moving.
