STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY!!! This company does not care about it's tenants. We had a bedroom flood due to an old water heater that was reported back in December of 2012 yet nobody came out to check it out. So on May 19th of 2013 the bedroom and garage flooded with water. The room has been uninhabitable until today, July 29, 2013. Additionally on June 20, the master bathroom flooded due to a broken water pipe. The bathroom remains unrepaired, bare concrete floor, cabinet with sinks being held up by a hammer! We are paying for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home but have not had one since May 19th. I have contacted an attorney. We were without hot water and air conditioning for 2 days but were told that these were not considered to be inconveniences and, therefore, were offered $50.00 off the rent. My daughter has been sleeping on a mattress in the living room because her room was uninhabitable until 7/29. I'm certain the folks at EMS have air and took nice, warm showers daily. I'm not giving them another dime of my hard-earned money. again...STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!!@
