The WORST company I have EVER done business with. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I cant tell you how many phone calls and emails went unanswered. It started before I even moved into my condo. We set up a meeting of when I could tour it and she didn't even show up. I called one time and never got a call back so I left a message. About a week later I got a call from Rachel and I quote ""I don't remember what your message said but the property is still available."" I didn't even ask about a property! I wrote Patrick an email asking a few questions that I had and never got a response. I called and asked if I had the right email address and I quote ""yes I got your email, I didn't read the whole thing."" After moving in to my condo, I realized Rachel never even gave me a mailbox key. I no longer so business with this company, THANK GOD, but for those who are considering, GOOD LUCK! I would call them NOW if you want to hear from them by September. John is the only person in this company that seemed to have some sense. Patrick was very helpful when you actually hear back from him but that is rare. Overall, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I DO NOT miss them AT ALL!!!
