VERY DISSATISFIED I’ve been a customer at Hysell’s archery for more than 10 years. When the Dad, Steve and Mary were all there, it was the best place for archery in a 50 mile diameter. Since Mary left and Dad retired, I’ve had NOTHING but poor service, poor response and thinly veiled confrontation!\r \r When I needed to order a special part, Steve ‘asked’ why I needed it. When I explained that my physical limitations required it, he asked “who told you that?” (It’s obvious why I need the special part.) When I told him that it was a different archery shop that told me I needed it, he all but badgered me about it and said “You should have come here first!” He then asked “What’s the draw (in pounds) of your bow?” I responded “70-72#” he was very confrontational and said “at full draw of 32 inches, the maximum rating of your bow is 70 #. There’s no way you’re pulling 72#.” I told him that since he’s measured the draw himself on my bow, TWICE, that’s all I know. Still, it was obvious he didn't believe me!\r \r I can’t believe he asked me two questions and for both answers he was confrontational! Basically challenging me that I wasn’t telling the truth! If you’re not going to believe your customers, don’t ask questions! Or don’t stay in business!\r \r I ordered the part and was told my bow “would be ready in one and a half to two weeks.” \r \r I’m doubting that.\r more
