Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. They have a partial refund policy, but they don't tell you that at the point of sale, nor do they post the policy. When I expressed my anger about not being advised of their policy (my items were unopened, untouched & purchased within days of return w/ receipt), management (Brad) blamed me for not looking into his policies before I shopped his store. He displayed no empathy & no leadership in trying to resolve the matter.
