Three days only, and our experience has been terrible. My first impression, they neglet patient basic needs and rights of the patients. The supervisors seem tired, and they seem under staffed My only hope is the care and kindness shown by some of the younger nursing staff... \r
My question now is, with so many bad reviews, how come the State does not get to the bottom of this 'apparent care' for our needy ones... :(
