I have used both climate control storage (another company) and non climate control storage. The climate control is really not needed (stuff sits in a warehouse anyways so why bother). These people took the time to explain the difference to me. The staff was friendly, courteous, and offered a ""move in special"" rental rate. I recommend using them or at least check them out.
