One of the best shops in Philly, regardless of what kind of body type or personality you are. I got an absolutely gorgeous prom dress here, and it was worth every penny. The owner is a genuine and knowledgeable woman who has enough experience to teach a class at F.I.T. on anything from life to,obviously, the basics of fashion.
