I couldn't have been happier with how things panned out with Needham's. My wife tells me every day (about 45 days in a row) how perfect her ring is and we were able to custom design it with Chad at a great price. I even texted and emailed Chad with special requests and he would get back to me at times I KNOW he was not working. Another thing I am super grateful for is the great warranty that comes with the ring! All we need to do is take it in for free cleanings (which we would have done anyway) and it stays under warranty!
