LCPtracker can occasionally have high-call volume days where it is hard to get through to customer service. However, in my multiple years of using the system, I have only had positive experiences getting assistance from technical support.\r
Regarding the software, it is very easy to use and has made my administrative duties much simpler. I would definitely recommend!
